Exchanges & returns

  • If you would like to exchange or return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to offer you an exchange or refund if you are not happy with your purchase.
  • Unless faulty,
    • we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on all earrings, lingerie, hosiery or socks, and swimwear for hygiene purposes.
    • please choose carefully as we do not accept returns or exchanges on discounted items, including sale or promotional discounts.
    • please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect care or general wear are not considered to be faulty. 
  • Prints are made to order and cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you would like to amend your print order, please email us ASAP at trovecollection@anoukgania.com

Exchanges and returns can feel like a bit of a chore for you, so please reach out if you have any questions prior to purchasing regarding sizing, fabric content, condition etc so that you can feel confident about your purchase. We are more than happy to give you all the information you need to help guide your shopping.

How do I submit an exchange or return?

  • To request an exchange or return please email us at  trovecollection@anoukgania.com with your order number within 14 days of purchase
  • All goods must be returned in their original, unworn or unused condition and carefully repackaged to avoid damage in transit. We will not accept exchanges or returns on items that have been damaged, worn or show obvious signs of wear.
  • Please ensure the package is well labelled with the return address and the original label covered up.
  • Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and MUST be sent back via trackable/registered post. Trove Collection is not liable for any returns that go missing in the post or are undelivered.
  • We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above.

Once your return is received and approved, we will email you to let you know your refund has been processed and a credit automatically applied back to your credit card or method of payment. 

 

What about shipping?

Please note: We are taking a short break! All orders will be processed and shipped after December 26th.

We ship to most corners of the world.

All items require signature on delivery, and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. While we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

Australia – Allow 1 -5 days – $10 flat fee applied at checkout. 

International – Allow 2 – 20 days – Calculated at checkout.

You will get an email with full tracking information so you can quickly locate and track the progress of your order. If you did not receive this email, please contact us at trovecollection@anoukgania.com

Please provide correct shipping/delivery information as we will not be held responsible for incorrectly entered addresses or an address that is not recognised by Australia Post or International Registered Post. We are also unable to redirect orders after items have been dispatched and we cannot refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered.

Please note, we do not ship on weekends or Australian National public holidays. Orders placed during this time will be processed the next available business day. 

PLEASE NOTE: A signature is required upon delivery of your goods - an $80AUD return fee will be deducted from your refund if you are unable to be contacted and the goods are returned to us.

Do I have to pay customs duties / tax?

Yes. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.  Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. 

We are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.

Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: If the receiver refuses to pay the taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding a $80AUD return shipping charge to help cover our expenses.
